This hotel boasts a great location, being close to the MRT station and public transport. It is conveniently situated near an asian market and Raffles City Shopping Centre. the rooms are clean and comfortable, perfect for resting after a long day exploring the city. the air conditioning works perfectly, which is great in the hot weather.
Some guests have reported issues with staff attitude towards them when answering questions.

Outstanding value for money, excellent central location, MRT station outside the hotel front door, Raffles within five minutes walk, Orchard Rd within 10 minutes walk, very comfortable.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to public transportation and popular tourist attractions. the staff were friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile and offering assistance when needed. the room was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere for a relaxing stay.
The dining options at the hotel were overpriced and the food quality and variety were not up to par. the business center was closed for refurbishment, which was inconveniencing who needed to utilize those facilities.

We loved this place! It's situated in a central location with easy access to shopping malls and cheap markets to pick up souvenirs for friends and family. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to check out late without any hassle. The room amenities were great, with everything from ironing facilities, air conditioning, and free toiletries to a mini-bar and in-room safe. The dining options were also fantastic, with a great restaurant and bar/lounge area. We especially enjoyed the sauna and outdoor swimming pool, which made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
We highly recommend this venue to everyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, walking distance to museums and plenty of dining options. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large, comfy bed. The security measures were good with key card access required for the lift. I enjoyed my stay at Royal At Queens and would recommend it despite some minor drawbacks.
