This hotel boasts a great location, being close to the MRT station and public transport. It is conveniently situated near an asian market and Raffles City Shopping Centre. the rooms are clean and comfortable, perfect for resting after a long day exploring the city. the air conditioning works perfectly, which is great in the hot weather.
Some guests have reported issues with staff attitude towards them when answering questions.

Outstanding value for money, excellent central location, MRT station outside the hotel front door, Raffles within five minutes walk, Orchard Rd within 10 minutes walk, very comfortable.

We loved this place! It's situated in a central location with easy access to shopping malls and cheap markets to pick up souvenirs for friends and family. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to check out late without any hassle. The room amenities were great, with everything from ironing facilities, air conditioning, and free toiletries to a mini-bar and in-room safe. The dining options were also fantastic, with a great restaurant and bar/lounge area. We especially enjoyed the sauna and outdoor swimming pool, which made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
We highly recommend this venue to everyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.
